Eis uma banda realmente boa. The Birthday Massacre não pode ser classificado em nenhum tipo de gênero. É simplesmente The Birthday Massacre. Aqui no Brasil, a banda é pouquissimo conhecida. Mas em outros lugares, como França, Alemanha, Estados Unidos e Japão, são idolatrados por pessoas das mais diversas idades.
Como havia dito, T.B.M. não pode ser classificado em um gênero específico. Misturas de guturais, com teclados, guitarras, baixo, órgão, e uma doce voz feminina, resumem parte desta banda tão complexa.
